Inspiration For Top Teams
A group programme for high performance
Leading a team can be a juggling act. There are so many factors to deal with and personalities to manage. Time constraints make it hard to cover everything. At times it seems that everyone is relying on you. The pressure is on.
Being honest, it would be great if team members were more proactive, to take some of the load off your shoulders. Sometimes it seems that there is more negativity around than you'd like.
If you were to make a list of qualities of a good team, which of the following would you include?
- A proactive 'can do' attitude
- Flexible and effective communication
- Clear focus on goals
- Creativity and innovation
- Frequent use of initiative
- Effective learning and understanding
- A positive vision for the future
- High self-motivation
- Strong job satisfaction
- Use of individual potential
To boost these qualities, inspiration is the key factor. Inspired people really come alive, bubbling with energy and motivation. Inspiration is the essential spark that ignites action - top performers use inspiration to reach their personal best.
Here is a proven programme that gets people inspired. It introduces the key elements of creating inspiration and supports participants while they develop their skills in the real world.
"It was great to participate and I'm very grateful for the techniques and inspiration you have shared. I can definitely say that I'm the most inspired I have been for years so a million thank you's!"
Helen Molyneux, Corporate Partnerships Manager
Programme Summary
- Welcome pack to guide each participant to take stock and prepare for the programme so they gain the most benefit from it

- Completion day at the end of the coaching period. This final group workshop event is an opportunity for each delegate to review their experience and share best practice, and plan ahead
- Follow up after a further 3 months, there is an individual coaching session as an opportunity for each participant to consolidate their learning
"This course did more than give me inspiration at work... it gave me inspiration and motivation to go out and do things in all areas of my life! I would highly recommend this course above any other training I have ever done. Thanks Trevor!!!"

Flexibility
One of the strengths of this programme is its flexibility. Within the core framework, there is much scope for arranging the details to match a specific team situation.
"I wanted to tell you how much we appreciate your time and support and how valuable the process has been. The techniques you've used to help us see and think about things in a different light are just so right and are very inspirational."
